March-along Goals and Progress

I have been marching along with The Scientific Quilter as I usually do. I have managed to do something quilting related for at least 15 minutes a day each of the four days of March so far. But first, the goals for March.

My goals are mostly to finish the projects mentioned in this post since March is the last month of the quarter for the Q1 Finish-a-long. That’s four projects! But of course I added this one, which I would also like to finish:

I finished assembling the top and trimmed the batting on March 1. The next night I pieced and pressed the backing and it is waiting to head for the quilter on Monday for Tuesday pickup.

I also quilted four of the crazy quilt blocks, two on the third and two on the fourth (today). I changed thread colors to a variegated lavender which looks very pink to me. Here are the front and back pictures of the four blocks that I did:

What are you up to this weekend?

Quilt on!
